If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

  1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Saachi Forever

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Saachi Forever, accessible from https://www.saachiforever.com/  

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  1. Your Order Return Rights

You are entitled to return your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for returning an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of returning, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will exchange them for no later than 14 working days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Once the goods are sold, no refunds are allowed, but you can exchange the goods.

  • Exchange orders are placed upon arrival of your product return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.

  • FABRICS, SALE & LAST PIECES are not eligible for any return or exchange. 

  • Tags must be intact with the sticker.

  • Each order is eligible for a return only once for exchange. 

  • In case of any damaged/defective or missing products in your order, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images to the provided contact number on WhatsApp (+91 9358455556). Further steps for replacement or exchange will be communicated.

  • Handblock prints and handloom sarees are not considered misprints or damaged items. Each handcrafted piece is unique, and slight variations in print, weave, or color are natural characteristics of the handmade process. Color differences between website images and the actual product are not considered defects. These variations are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship, reflecting the beauty of handmade products.

  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.

  • Please note, products from our brand bought from other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Myntra are not eligible for any return or exchange at our store or on the website.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods that were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging with the tag intact.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of goods, which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or have a date of expiry that is over.

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced goods may be exchanged. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be returned. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.

  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchanges. The refund of shipping charges varies on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately, the company retains the authority to make the final decision.

Alternatively, customers can request to return the product when someone is travelling from their country to India without incurring additional shipping costs.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can share images as proof with us at saachiforever22@gmail.com . The issue will be recorded, and further steps will be communicated to you.
